As a discerning traveler with a penchant for luxury, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cornucopia for a weekend getaway. the hotel, while showing signs of its age, offers great value in terms of its pricing. the room I stayed in was a bit stuffy at night, as the air conditioning seemed outdated, but the staff was quick to provide a fan upon request. the highlight of my stay was the delicious dinner at the open dining room, which had a charming old building vibe. While the hotel may lack some modern amenities like beach access or live entertainment, it makes up for it with its friendly staff, quiet ambiance, and affordable rates. the bar/lounge area was cozy, and the staff always made an effort to greet guests warmly. For those seeking a budget-friendly option with a touch of historic charm, Cornucopia is worth considering.
